A 65% refund of the price paid will be made for cancellations made from the date of the reservation up to three days prior to the scheduled activity.
No refund will be made if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the reserved day.

No refunds will be made due to weather conditions that are not to the customer's liking.
No refund will be made if clients decide to leave the island before the agreed time and date. Although our staff may attempt to facilitate early departure, payment will not be refunded.
No refunds will be made if clients choose not to participate in previously paid activities.
No refund will be made if clients are not present at the agreed place and time, and miss the departure according to the itinerary.
No refund will be made if the client feels dissatisfaction due to the sighting or presence of animals in our local nature.
