Before making a reservation, it is important that the client reviews and accepts our cancellation policies detailed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three (3) Days Notice of Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A 65% refund of the price paid will be made for cancellations made from the date of the reservation up to three days prior to the scheduled activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations with Less than 72 Hours Notice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No refund will be made if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the reserved day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations must be requested only by e-mail to the following address: info@gunavibes.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climatic Conditions<\/h4> \n\n\n

No refunds will be made due to weather conditions that are not to the customer's liking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early Departure from the Island<\/h4> \n\n\n

No refund will be made if clients decide to leave the island before the agreed time and date. Although our staff may attempt to facilitate early departure, payment will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Planned Activities Not Participated<\/h4> \n\n\n

No refunds will be made if clients choose not to participate in previously paid activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Absence at Place and Time Agreed Upon \n\n\n

No refund will be made if clients are not present at the agreed place and time, and miss the departure according to the itinerary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local Wildlife Dissatisfaction \n\n\n
